This is the palace of the king Shashi Kant. Suryakanta Acharya, the Zamindar of Muktagachha, built this palace in the city of Mymensingh, after the name of Dattakaputra Shashi Kant. It's built in the nineteenth century. For the many years after the independence of Bangladesh, this building was used as a women training center in Mymensingh. In 2016, this historic building has been taken under the Department of Archeology. The special attraction of this Shashi Lodge was the stairs leading upstairs. Zainul Abedin Museum

This Zainul Abedin Museum has been built on the bank of the Brahmaputra in the adjacent area of ​​Kachijhuli of Mymensingh district. This archive was inaugurated in Baishakh of Bangla 1382. Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin was born on 29 December 1914 in Kishoreganj district under the greater Mymensingh district. In 1943, Famous Famine Chitrimala 1943 draws on the famine of Bengal. In 1959, he received "Pride of Performance" for creative work by the Pakistan President, and the best title of the Government of Pakistan "Hilal-i-Imtiaz" was awarded civilian title on art, literature and culture. In 1963, he received the Gold Medal by the Soviet Government. He was the President of the Bangla Academy in 1972, the Faculty of Visiting Faculty of Dhaka University in 1973 and the Advisor to the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in 1974.
