God's Stone Vita

There is a place called God's Stone Vita near the shrine of Shah Sultan Balkhi (R) in Mahasthangarh of Shibganj upazila of Bogra district. Here is a large granite stone piece. Its weight is about 100 minds. This stone is known as God's Stone to locals. For this stone, this place is called God's Stone Vita. People of various religions, especially Hindus and Muslims, milk slopes on the stone to meet different types of vow. However, according to the excavation work of this Mahasthangarh, the stone is part of a temple wall made in the 6th century AD.
