Galakata Dighi and Mosque

The Galakata Dighi is located in Barobazar village of Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah district. There is a mosque beside it. It is known as Galakata Mosque. This dighi is north-south side tall. The gigantic ditch is about 5 bighas of land. The mosque beside the dighi is situated on about 20 century land. The mosque is 6-domed and rectangular. The religious building is estimated to be built during the Sultanate period. In place of the old mosque, a new mosque has been constructed in the same place as the old mosque. To reach the mosque, there are 3 entrances on the eastern wall and two entrances on the north and south walls. In the western wall of the interior you can see 3 mihrabs. Gorai Mosque

Located in Barobazar village of Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah district, this Gorai mosque is a mosque in the Sultanate period built in fifteenth or 16th century. This mosque is known as Gorar Mosque to locals. There is a pond next to the mosque which is known as the Gorai pond or the Gora pond. This religious building is one-domed and square-shaped. The west wall of the building has 3 lovely mihrabs. These are terracotta plaques with fruits and plants. There are terracotta on the wall of the mosque. There are 4 stone pillars inside the mosque. Graveyard of Gazi-Kalu-Champabati

There are three ancient graves at the river Bhairab of Barobazar in Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah. Three graves are known as Gazi, Kalu and Chambati's graves. Among the three grave the graveyards of Gazi is in the middle, the graveyard of Kalu is on the west side and the graveyard of Champagiri on the east. The graves are larger than the normal graves.
