Kathibari Rithindra Museum at Shilaidaha

The Rabindra Museum is located in Kuthibari of Shilaidaha in Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia district. This Kuthibari built in 1813. Rabindranath Tagore's grandfather, Dwarkanath Tagore, bought the land for his zamindari care. Later Rabindranath Tagore used to come here to look after the zamindari. It is now a place with Ravindra. Kuthibari is now being used as the Rabindra Museum. Rabindranath Tagore's Nobel Prize Winner in Literature, from his childhood till his death, his photographs has been decorated in various rooms of Kuthibari. Poet's self-written poems, paintings, Nobel Prize certificates, and photos published in this time are also shown here.
